Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Mechanic to bolster our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our diverse fleet, including Ford Trucks, Kabota RTVs, and Boats. The ideal candidate will be adept in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with a strong inclination towards environmental conservation.

The ideal candidate will be adept in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with a strong inclination towards environmental conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including Ford Trucks, Kabota RTVs, and Boats.
- Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and servicing activities.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, adhering to environmental and safety standards.
- Provide support to the team in emergency repair situations.
- Stay updated with the latest mechanical technologies and practices relevant to our fleet.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic, with specific skills in repairing the types of vehicles and equipment we operate.
- Technical certification or diploma in mechanical engineering, automotive repair, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with environmental conservation principles and a passion for sustainability is a plus.
- Ability to work in varied outdoor conditions and adapt to Florida's climate.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
