Crosscreek Environmental Inc. is a leader in lake and shoreline management services throughout Florida. We specialize in shoreline restoration, erosion control, lake maintenance, aeration and fountain systems, dredging, and more. We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced Sales Professional to help grow our client base and maintain strong relationships with property managers, golf courses, HOAs, municipalities, and other organizations that rely on our expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and manage relationships with clients including HOA boards, property managers, and municipal leaders.

Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through in-person meetings, site evaluations, presentations, and follow-ups.

Conduct site visits to assess conditions and measurements for job estimates and proposals.

Calculate and submit competitive bids and proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure scope accuracy and successful project handoff.

Attend community meetings and present proposals with confidence and professionalism.
Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental or aquatic services sales, including:
-
Shoreline restoration using erosion stabilization tubes (e.g., GEOTUBEs or similar systems)

Lake maintenance contracts

Fountain & aeration system sales, repair, and maintenance

Dredging and sediment removal

Proven success in selling to HOAs, golf courses, and property management groups.

Strong understanding of measurements, job costing, and proposal writing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated and highly organized, with a passion for the environmental services industry.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (frequent site visits required).
